They are seeking a Senior Program Manager - Sales Operations to reputed company operations that drive reputed company planning, forecasting, and sales execution, while coordinating between various teams to ensure alignment on reputed company targets and execution planning.

Responsibilities

  • Build reputed company’s sales operations program from the ground up, including sales goals and forecasting, frameworks, processes, and feedback loops
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities across pipeline, conversion, sales productivity and reputed company performance
  • Assist the sales team in the review, revision, and administration of client proposals and reputed company
  • Design reputed company’s sales operations to improve reputed company reputed company, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates
  • Own sales operations reputed company end-to-end, including defining metrics, tracking, reporting, and performance
  • reputed company cross-functional execution of the sales process across Sales, Biz Dev, Marketing, Finance, Executives, and the Delivery team

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience managing reputed company program management, sales/reputed company/business operations, sales strategy, or similar function in a fast-paced consultancy, agency, or reputed company environment
  • Proven track record of building sales operations and reputed company planning from reputed company-to-one
  • Experience operating at both strategic and hands-on reputed company, with strong analytical and modeling skills in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, reputed company planning, and the design of sales planning frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and reputed company/reputed company sheets-based tools
  • Experience creating client proposals, pricing, and contract workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build alignment with senior leadership and executives across technical and non-technical functions
  • Strong track record of making data-informed recommendations in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Strong skills in risk management, conflict resolution, and making trade-off reputed company in high-pressure settings
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
