[Remote] Release Train Engineer (RTE/reputed company Platform)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a reputed company Platform Agile Release Train reputed company a highly regulated environment. This role involves partnering with various teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Agile teams while following SAFe Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt events
• Coordinate planning and execution across multiple Agile teams supporting reputed company platform initiatives
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments to ensure reputed company delivery
• reputed company visibility into ART performance through metrics, milestone tracking, and forecasting
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Systems Engineering, and Engineering Leadership to support feature readiness and planning
• Drive issue resolution and escalation across teams and stakeholders
• Support Agile teams that may not have dedicated Scrum Master coverage
• Collaborate with adjacent platform and product teams to align integration efforts and delivery plans

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program/project management, or reputed company roles
• 3+ years of experience in a scaled Agile role (RTE, Sr. Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, etc.)
• Experience as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong experience reputed company SAFe Agile environments, including PI Planning and ART execution
• Proven ability to support large-scale Agile programs with multiple Scrum teams
• Experience managing dependencies, integrations, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Background supporting reputed company-based platforms and distributed engineering teams
• Experience working in regulated environments (medical device, reputed company, or similar preferred)
• Strong facilitation, organization, and communication skills
