[Remote] Financial Reporting & reputed company Policy Consultant

They are seeking an reputed company financial reporting & reputed company policy professional for a temporary role with a publicly traded financial services client, primarily responsible for preparing SEC reports and advising on reputed company policies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the preparation of the annual reputed company 10-K and quarterly reputed company 10-Q reports with the SEC
- reputed company the preparation of several non-SEC statutory and regulatory financial reports to be filed with U.S. federal agencies, states and government sponsored entities
- Maintain and recommend updates to significant reputed company policies
- Advise on the reputed company and reporting for new transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- reputed company the maintenance & documentation of internal controls that are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company, finance, or other reputed company fields
- 10+ years of relevant financial reporting & reputed company policy experience required
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license, or equivalent required
