The role involves configuring and maintaining reputed company Workfront projects, designing workflow automations, and integrating systems to optimize marketing processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain reputed company Workfront projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting
- Design and implement workflow automations using reputed company Fusion
- Build and support integrations between Workfront and reputed company systems such as: reputed company Experience reputed company CRM platforms DAM systems APIs and reputed company-party applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document workflow and automation requirements
- Optimize marketing operations processes and improve operational efficiency
- reputed company and maintain: Automated workflows Notifications Approval processes Task orchestration
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation issues
- Support user reputed company, training, and operational support activities
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation
- Ensure adherence to governance, reputed company, and reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Workfront administration, workflow automation, or reputed company integrations
