The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire positions while collaborating with the sales team and business stakeholders to fulfill reputed company job orders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit reputed company talent to fulfill job orders
• Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities
• reputed company weekly interviews in line with performance objectives
• Generate leads reputed company professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts
• Utilize reputed company to log reputed company activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill reputed company positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in audit, tax, and/or public reputed company or directly relevant talent solution reputed company and finance experience highly preferred
