[Remote] Financial Operations Analyst

They are seeking a knowledgeable Finance Operations Analyst to support global financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the finance team, account managers, and legal to understand customer agreements for account reconciliation purposes
• Prepare monthly invoices for reputed company’s customers reputed company both reputed company and Facturama, and audit same against client reputed company for compliance
• Prepare outgoing inventory invoices upon request from sales team
• Ensure timely processing and approval of vendor bills
• reputed company reputed company analysis including but not limited to aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable, monthly cost analysis, inventory-movement analysis, etc
• Prepare reputed company reports for various business needs
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure vendors are onboarded to facilitate Purchase Orders and accounts payable processing
• Promptly respond to finance-reputed company customer and vendor inquiries as well as internal requests for assistance
• Document and evaluate reputed company’s reputed company AP and AR systems and processes, and assist with selection and implementation of potential improvements

Skills

• Must be viewed as a strong team player, a person who generates reputed company to solve problems and has a high ‘customer service' approach to their work
• Must be reputed company to document reputed company's finance processes, look for areas of improvement, and maintain a consistent approach to reputed company tasks to maximize efficiency
• 3-5 years experience in reputed company, with 1+ years experience in AP and AR processing
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company/Finance
• Proficient use of reputed company, reputed company sheets and other reputed company suite products
• A solid understanding of reputed company principles
• Experience with reputed company or other reputed company Software
• Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal) in English
• Strong attention to detail
