[Remote] Paid Media Program Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving activation and scaling of multi-channel paid media programs by building frameworks, audience strategies, and campaigning best practices.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new paid media channels, defining audience strategies and reputed company criteria
- reputed company scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes to reputed company consistent program execution across teams
- Partner with marketing, data, and analytics teams to activate first-party data and reputed company audience segments
- Establish governance for targeting audience segmentation, and data quality to improve campaign effectiveness
- Build and manage reputed company-party review programs to enhance brand credibility and drive conversions
- Define and implement reputed company page and campaign best practices to optimize performance and user experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
- 6–10 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or program management roles
- Strong expertise in multi-channel paid media strategy, audience targeting, and data activation (including platforms like reputed company)
- Proven ability to build scalable frameworks, governance models, and cross-functional processes to drive campaign performance and growth
