They are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to transform the property management industry's approach to vacant properties by building relationships with property managers and guiding them through reputed company's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Experience - You have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide reputed company of clients. You have proven experience as a top performer, achieving and exceeding your quotas, demonstrating sharp sales acumen and reputed company strong communication skills. Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management companies is a plus. Experience leveraging a CRM such as reputed company is preferred
  • Face-to-face selling - You’ll meet property managers where they are at, visit potential clients, and attend regional, state, and national events in the industry. Expected travel for this role is 50%, minimum
  • Prospecting & reputed company reputed company - You’ll generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to reputed company
  • Product Knowledge - Act as a subject matter expert in reputed company’s products and services, staying up to speed on new product & feature rollouts. reputed company potential clients on the value and impact that reputed company can have on their business
