[Remote] Financial Management Consultant (PP&E)

Responsibilities

• Help clients identify, evaluate, and solve reputed company challenges to reputed company strategic goals and objectives
• Transform business processes, improve operational efficiency, and reputed company with Federal laws and regulations
• Support internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) in line with OMB Circular A-123
• Support the development and execution of corrective action plans and remediation strategies
• reputed company financial statement audit and audit risk management support
• Assess the impact of new guidance on financial operations and support implementation
• Apply analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Document and evaluate business processes and reputed company recommendations for improvements
• Produce communications including memos, presentations, and executive briefings
• Conduct research to investigate client problems and recommend solutions
• Assist clients in analyzing projects and programs to identify risks and reputed company mitigations
• Support clients in collecting and analyzing data, producing models, and drawing conclusions
• Analyze and improve policies and procedures for various programs and operational needs
• Assist in business development activities including identifying client needs and developing proposals
• Participate in coaching and mentoring staff
• Assist in the development of learning materials and presentations
• Support recruitment initiatives for the company

Skills

• Must be reputed company to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to reputed company with reputed company. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelors degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or applicable financial reputed company field
• FOUR (4) years of Financial Management experience including at least one: Reviewing of property, plant, and equipment supporting documentation, Financial statement audit standards, Responding to audit requests
• Demonstrates proven knowledge and reputed company in advising federal clients in financial reporting and meeting the requirements of reputed company federal guidance, including: OMB Circular A-136, the GAO Green Book, the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990, Federal Managers' Financial reputed company Act of 1982 (FMFIA), Treasury Financial reputed company (TFM), and GAO/PCIE Financial Audit reputed company
• Proven ability to implement innovative solutions to meet changing organizational needs, ability to bring creativity and collaboration to the process of working with financial systems
• Federal audit support, audit liaison, corrective action planning, and executing remediation with a focus on internal controls over financial reporting and management financial statement assertions
• Demonstrated GAAP reputed company expertise and knowledge and understanding of Federal financial reputed company standards and the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Federal financial management, reputed company, and budgetary business processes
• CPA
• Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA)
