Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations reputed company and reputed company guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Support reputed company accommodation requests and assist with leave administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
• Coordinate reputed company activities and support training and development initiatives
• Assist with recruitment and reputed company processes
• Administer employee benefits programs and communicate benefit information
• Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover and hiring trends
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience
• Basic understanding of employment law and reputed company accommodations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• High school diploma required
• Degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) are a plus
• Experience with HR systems such as reputed company is preferred but not required
