This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, reputed company budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients, vendors, internal teams, and regulatory authorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and reputed company project execution and performance
- Monitor risks, manage project documentation, and reputed company regular project updates
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Mandatory experience with Fire Alarm Projects
- Proven Project Management experience in technical or construction-reputed company environments
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools
- PMP, NICET, SET, OSHA, or similar certifications
- Technical background in installation, engineering, service, or field supervision
- Experience working with inspectors, fire marshals, or regulatory agencies
- Strong problem-solving and ownership reputed company
