[Remote] Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will own the full finance function, building scalable systems and managing financial strategy to support the company's growth towards $100M and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, audit-reputed company financials by the 20th of each month with full account reconciliation and reputed company material errors
- Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast, updated weekly, ensuring perfect liquidity and visibility
- reputed company the annual budgeting and forecasting process across reputed company departments with ≤10% variance between forecast and actual results

- Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that increase profitability and improve EBITDA by 2 percentage points in your first 12 months

- Implement new systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing by Month 6
- Produce insightful financial dashboards and KPIs that drive reputed company decision-making

- Evaluate technology solutions (ERP, reporting tools) that prepare the company for scale
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in finance or reputed company, including 3+ years in leadership

- Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations
