Responsibilities
- Lifecycle strategy across reputed company, activation, engagement, re-engagement, retention, win-back, and churn prevention
- Member-facing communications across email, text, and voice drops that feel warm, specific, and reputed company
- AI-powered personalization workflows that use member data to reputed company large-scale communication feel individual
- Behavioral segmentation logic, triggered campaigns, and member reputed company architecture
- Campaign briefs and specs the reputed company implementation team can execute without follow-up
