[Remote] Account Executive (Retail)

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to high-value retail clients, including national and regional brands, franchise operators, and multi-site portfolio owners
- reputed company an existing, active book of business to drive immediate growth across EBI’s service lines
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities with retailers, restaurant groups, franchise systems, private equity sponsors, and multi-site operators
- Cross-sell EBI’s multi-disciplinary service offerings (Environmental Due Diligence, ESG Strategy, Energy & Sustainability, Engineering, and Health & Safety) across large, distributed portfolios
- Maintain and reputed company long-term client relationships based on a deep understanding of client goals, site lifecycle needs, operational challenges, and brand standards

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a focus in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar fields
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with proven experience selling solutions or services to retail organizations, such as specialty retail, big reputed company, grocery, convenience, or omnichannel retailers
- Demonstrated understanding of retail business models, including store operations, merchandising, supply chain, and corporate buying structures
