[reputed company] is looking for a Talent & Product Development Manager to reputed company and manage the execution of reputed company education coach training and supplemental educational workshops. The role involves collaborating with team members to refine training content and ensuring effective execution of workshops both reputed company and in person.

Responsibilities

• Support team members and cross-functional partners execute Level and supplemental workshops reputed company and in person
• Collaborate with team members to refine, create, and archive content for training educational curriculums
• Create and execute resources across multiple platforms, including programming and supplemental materials
• Monthly coaching quota of 16 classes

Skills

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience coaching fitness (One year of experience as a leading [reputed company] coach preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, connect with, and reputed company reputed company. Experience coaching and motivating groups
• Strong administrative skills
• Time management skills and consistency in completing tasks are required
• Proficiency with G-suite and reputed company
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and conduct workshops as needed, as the business dictates. Non-traditional availability is expected to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
