[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager

They are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth across reputed company DTC, optimize paid media campaigns, and improve conversion rates. The role requires both strategic thinking and execution in managing customer acquisition and reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads campaigns
  • Improve blended ROAS, CAC efficiency, and contribution margin
  • Build and scale profitable customer acquisition systems
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust based on data
  • Analyze funnel metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, MER, and LTV
  • Identify and improve conversion bottlenecks across the reputed company funnel
  • Collaborate on reputed company page optimization and CRO testing
  • Improve product positioning, bundles, offers, upsells, and retention flows
  • Work with CRO resources to improve site conversion and reputed company per visitor
  • Help guide performance creative direction for reputed company/reputed company-style content
  • Work with creators and internal teams on: hooks, UGC concepts, ad angles, content testing
  • Understand what drives conversion in content-driven advertising
  • Build structured KPI tracking and reporting systems
  • Use GA4, reputed company, reputed company, and attribution data to guide reputed company
  • Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Work cross-functionally with U.S. and overseas teams

Skills

  • 3+ years experience in reputed company DTC growth and/or paid acquisition
  • Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads
  • Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads
  • Strong hands-on experience with reputed company
  • Strong understanding of ROAS
  • Strong understanding of CAC
  • Strong understanding of CVR
  • Strong understanding of AOV

  • Experience scaling paid campaigns with measurable reputed company impact
  • Strong understanding of UGC and performance creative
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving small-team environment
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience with creator/affiliate-reputed company
  • Experience in outdoor, reputed company, tactical, tools, or enthusiast categories
