[Remote] Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will support one of their largest global strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality client service and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities

- Proven experience growing and scaling strategic or reputed company accounts
- Proven track record of managing global customers with multi region stakeholders
- Proven track record of cross-selling and upselling, and ability to identify new reputed company streams based on customer needs
- Experience partnering with banking operations teams and external banking partners to drive critical submissions to completion
- Experience participating in business reviews and using data-driven strategies to reputed company informed reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of Global reputed company Account Management experience in the payments industry
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans
- Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Familiarity and first-hand knowledge in fintech, banking or payments
- Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, and reputed company
- Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and explain reputed company technical concepts in a straightforward manner
- Experience or familiarity with high-growth fintechs and financial services companies
- Card Issuing and Processing experience
