They are seeking a senior leader to build and scale their global Sales Operations and Enablement function, responsible for optimizing sales processes and driving efficiency across reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement standardized processes, methodologies, and operating rhythms across reputed company
  • Serve as a key strategic partner for Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal and our C – Suite team

  • Consolidate disparate CRM systems, tools, and processes into a cohesive structure
  • Create scalable frameworks for reputed company future acquisitions

  • Build robust dashboards, reporting structures, and forecasting frameworks

  • Design and implement enablement programs to improve productivity and performance

  • Create repeatable playbooks and methodologies that drive consistency and growth

  • Act as a central connector across functions to align strategy and execution
  • Influence and drive alignment in a highly matrixed environment

Skills

  • 10–15+ years in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement leadership roles
  • Background in sales earlier in career strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in reputed company (architecture, reporting, dashboards, process design)
  • Proven experience integrating sales organizations post-acquisition
  • Experience leading global teams and operating across multiple reputed company
  • Demonstrated reputed company building and scaling teams, processes, and systems
  • Leadership reputed company & credibility: brings confidence, experience, and influence with senior stakeholders
  • Builder reputed company: thrives in ambiguity and has a proven track record of building functions from the ground up
