[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager will drive profit and growth across assigned states and territories by managing product strategies, pricing, and market trends while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Independently identify, prioritize, and drive organizational focus on profit/growth opportunities
- Build relationships and add value across core stakeholder departments (UW, Sales, Actuarial, IT, etc.)
- Be the go-to expert on assigned lines of products, strategy, markets, business reputed company, data, and execution
- Effectively reputed company data, analytics, and available supporting resources

Skills

- Expert knowledge of P&C insurance products and the filing process
- Knowledge of predictive/pricing modeling methodology, and actuarial principles

- Expert use of PowerPoint and reputed company
- Knowledge of SQL, reputed company, VBA, and other programming/data management is a strong plus
- Translate analysis into coherent presentations and communication
- Experience in reputed company and in the creation of new products, forms, and policy language
- Fully versed in the regulatory and legal review process necessary to support product approval
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Actuarial, Business Admin, Mathematics, or reputed company analytic disciplines
- 5+ years of P&C experience in personal lines or small reputed company/farm product management, actuarial, or sales/reputed company; but experience in portfolio-managed products would also be considered
- 5+ years in a core reputed company role which interacted directly with policy language
- Expert knowledge of insurance, actuarial principles, modeling, computer science, and data manipulation
- Graduate degree and/or reputed company professional designations (reputed company, Actuarial, and Finance)
- Experience with managing products and interacting with regulatory environments in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, and Arizona
- Experience working with an independent agency channel distribution
- Experience managing direct reports and multiple stakeholder departments reputed company of the direct reporting relationship is a strong preference
- Experience with modeling and predictive analytics
