Responsibilities

Skills

- 10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech experience
- 5+ years of experience in patient/consumer marketing reputed company pharma/biotech
- Proven US product launch reputed company
- Cross-functional project leadership
- Specialty experience (rheumatology ideal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution
- Prior experience managing teams and influencing others in a global matrixed environment
- Strong project, vendor, and agency management experience
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in HCP, digital, market reputed company, or insights roles
- Agency/field sales experience
- Small-to-mid biopharma experience
