[Remote] Product Manager (contract)

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into product requirements, and enhancing the user experience for hotel team members worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product reputed company and strategy for assigned PEP capabilities, ensuring alignment with the broader platform roadmap
• Own the full product lifecycle from intake through delivery and reputed company improvement
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution against business and platform goals
• Translate business needs into well-defined, high-quality product requirements in reputed company collaboration with Product Owners and engineering teams
• Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end user experience, incorporating customer feedback, research, and operational insights into product reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, Customer Experience, or a reputed company field
• 1+ years of hospitality experience, either on-property or in a corporate role
• Proven experience operating in a reputed company, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, including writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on reputed company and priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality Management, or a reputed company field preferred
