[Remote] Business Development Manager - Americas

The Business Development Manager will focus on new business development by prospecting and opening new accounts, driving opportunities through the sales pipeline, and maintaining customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reputed company new accounts reputed company your territory
• Schedule and conduct regular customer visits (plants, engineering teams, procurement)
• Identify and qualify opportunities reputed company with AMFT capabilities
• Drive opportunities from first meeting through quote, sample, and award
• Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Represent AMFT at trade shows and customer events
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional AMFT capabilities
• Cross-sell across multiple product lines and manufacturing processes
• Build strong relationships with engineering, sourcing, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in reputed company
• Log customer visits and opportunity updates consistently
• Meet defined activity expectations (visits, meetings, pipeline creation)
• Participate in regular pipeline reviews with leadership

Skills

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proven track record of winning new business (hunter reputed company)
• Comfortable spending significant time in reputed company of customers
• Experience managing a full sales cycle for engineered or custom products
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and CRM usage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience selling metal components, engineered parts, or manufacturing solutions
• Exposure to industries such as aerospace, medical, industrial, or electronics
• Technical or engineering background
