Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day transcription operations for your assigned language, delivering high-quality transcripts on time
• Manage a distributed team of hundreds of transcribers: reputed company, training, scheduling, calibration, and ongoing performance management
• Track throughput and deadlines, forecast reputed company, and escalate risks early
• Audit transcriber work continuously and reputed company detailed, actionable feedback to maintain data reputed company
• Maintain and improve training materials, style guides, quizzes, and QA checklists
• Triage questions from transcribers and resolve edge cases against the style guide
