[Remote] Senior reputed company Project Manager

BinaryBees Business reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Project Manager for a full-time remote role with a premier clinical reputed company client. This position involves managing multiple reputed company IT projects, mentoring junior project managers, and driving strategic reputed company initiatives reputed company reputed company hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reputed company projects from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and reputed company metrics with sponsors and stakeholders
• Establish and facilitate project governance to ensure leadership alignment and issue resolution
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• reputed company project plans, communication plans, schedules, and budgets using standard PM tools
• Estimate, plan, and manage project costs and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Identify project dependencies, critical paths, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Proactively manage scope, schedule, and resource changes, escalating reputed company necessary
• Facilitate regular project meetings and reputed company clear, actionable status reporting
• Track and report project reputed company, risks, and next steps to senior leadership
• Resolve issues and conflicts or escalate appropriately
• Collaborate with organizational performance improvement teams
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and contribute to reputed company improvement and PM best practices
• Support the development and maintenance of project management standards, tools, and process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• 6+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Strong working knowledge of formal project management methodologies
• PMP and/or Lean Six reputed company certification (required reputed company one year of hire, if not already obtained)
• Demonstrated experience leveraging Lean process improvement methodologies
• Advanced organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, reputed company, Outlook) and project management software
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of an organization
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior project managers
