Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including full diagram schematics, manuals, and operational procedures to ensure consistency in standards and reputed company of processes
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to support project management, workflows, and compliance efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts, to gather and organize technical information
- Ensure reputed company documentation complies with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reputed company systems or requirements
- Maintain records of revisions, version control, and documentation repositories to ensure accessibility and traceability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or reputed company field. Experience may be substituted for education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical reputed company, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Familiarity with industry-standard writing styles or government-specific guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand and translate technical information and concepts into clear documentation
- Experience developing and maintaining POA&Ms or similar project plans
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps or inconsistencies in documentation
- Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks, as reputed company to technical writing
- Experience supporting CDC, CMS, or other federal health programs
- Knowledge of the World Trade Center Health Program or similar public health or benefits programs
