Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technology solutions
• Influence and support system design to ensure alignment with business needs and reputed company supportability
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Service Fund teams throughout the project lifecycle
• reputed company and coordinate implementation activities, including testing, operational readiness, and reputed company to production support

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of project leadership experience
• Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including setup, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation
• Proficiency in IT business analysis, including development of artifacts, architecture, and design documentation

• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams
