[Remote] Specialty Recruiter

They are seeking a dynamic National Specialty Recruiter to identify and attract top talent, manage recruitment processes, and enhance employee value propositions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducts multi-site recruitment for reputed company Center's specialty roles on a national scale
• Manages initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone-screening reputed company candidates to recommend for interviews
• Utilizes traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and reputed company candidates
• Develops candidate pipeline for anticipated future needs, to reduce reputed company/fill, expands candidate pool organization-wide, and improves candidate quality
• Assists with supporting Center high volume needs, executive level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiatives

Skills

• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education
• Minimum five (5) years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in health-care, reputed company services and/or non-profit setting
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Applications, and reputed company Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems
• Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, reputed company reputed company, cold calling and direct reputed company to obtain reputed company candidates
• Experience with international recruitment preferred
