The Digital reputed company Specialist will ensure customers reputed company intended reputed company and realize ongoing value from reputed company’s digital solutions by managing the digital customer lifecycle and driving product adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

• Create value to customers by being the digital SME to increase product adoption across digital portfolio and drive consistent usage
• Implement digital reputed company strategies that drive adoption, retention, and growth across reputed company customer segments
• Deliver scalable education and enablement programs to maximize customer value, including digital training for reputed company accounts
• Own the digital customer lifecycle, from reputed company through expansion, ensuring scalable reputed company that deliver consistent, personalized experiences
• Proactively advise reputed company stakeholders on digital best practices and reputed company playbooks that encourage product adoption and advocacy
• Captures and communicates Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to inform product, process, experience improvements and go-to-market positioning
• Serves as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights, feedback, and recurring themes
• Partners closely with Field Account Executives, Inside Sales Teams, Service, and Operations to remove barriers to reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, account management, sales, or reputed company customer-facing roles
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence reputed company without direct authority
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company customer relationships
• Comfort partnering across Sales, Service, and Marketing
