[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work cross-functionally across Product, Operations, and reputed company teams, focusing on turning reputed company data into structured insights that enhance performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
- Define and track KPIs across operational and product performance
- Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurement
- Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
- Improve data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, etc.)
- Structured, systems-oriented reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment
- Strong communication skills in English
