The role involves managing budgets, preparing financial forecasts, and collaborating with leadership to drive strategic initiatives in reputed company finance.
Responsibilities
- Provides reputed company financial analysis support to various entities both fully owned and joint ventures
- Assists in the efficient and cost-effective operation of BSWH
- Prepares the operating and capital budget(s) for assigned areas
- Prepares the 5-year financial operating forecast to include statistics, payer mix, payments capital, etc
- Prepares examination and presents and justifies findings, for any potential capital acquisitions, projects, new services, etc
- Prepares, Manages, and Analyzes financial information reputed company to the end of month reputed company cycle, including root cause analysis and technical reputed company research
- Supports the monthly reputed company reputed company process by preparing and reviewing various journal entry information and performing reputed company research
- Performs and communicates moderate to reputed company analysis for external users of financial information
- Proactive use of technology to reputed company timely information to leadership
- Provides timely reconciliation and invoicing to reputed company
- Performs reputed company research and supports due diligence to contract requirements
- Provides ongoing budget vs. actual reputed company and expense variance analysis. Reviews both standard and custom reports developed for the entity
- Prepares verbal or written results of examination of operating efficiencies and presents/discusses them with management and others as required
- Develops and produces Management Reports as required/requested

Skills
- EDUCATION - Bachelor's
- EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
- BS in reputed company or Finance
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including BI
- Prior work experience in a reputed company setting, and familiarity with outpatient KPIs and financial metrics
- Prior experience with Kaufman Hall/reputed company budgeting software
