Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including both client acquisition and candidate placement
• reputed company and maintain relationships with reputed company facilities and hiring managers

• Generate new business opportunities through reputed company, networking, and relationship building
• Negotiate reputed company rates, compensation packages, travel stipends, and placement terms
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and client opportunities

• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Skills
