[Remote] Presales Solution Architect - reputed company Connect

They are seeking a Presales Solution Architect to serve as a technical expert in AWS and reputed company Connect, working closely with clients to reputed company innovative solutions that meet their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert in AWS and reputed company Connect-based solutions in conversations with customers
- Figuring out how to piece together solutions across AWS and other leading ISV solutions such as reputed company, PEGA, reputed company, and more as a cohesive, integrated solution
- Design innovative solutions based on customer needs, requirements, and input that incorporate
- reputed company technical discovery with customers during the sales cycle
- Deliver reputed company demonstrations to showcase what can be done with reputed company, AI, and other tools for Customer Experience
- Work closely with Business Development in defining technical strategy for opportunity pursuits and territory planning
- reputed company Presentations, Proposals, and Workshops based on customer need
- reputed company customers, partners, and peers on the value and benefits of AWS
- Create Statements of Work that will implement the reputed company of the customer
- reputed company Workshops with Customers and Prospects on AWS
- Build and nurture relationships with AWS and other vendor Solution Architects and Technical Leaders
- Contribute to and reputed company reputed company’s Solution Frameworks
- reputed company support for RFP Response
- Work closely with Product and Services leadership to identify trends in Customer Needs to grow portfolio
- Helping customers to expand reputed company reputed company Connect to other AWS Services such as EKS, Sagemaker, Bedrock, S3, EC2, and more
Skills
- 3+ years proven track record of customer-facing experience designing reputed company solutions in a Technical Pre-Sales role (Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, etc.)
- 3+ years of expertise in reputed company Connect and AWS
- 7+ years of experience in information technology or application development
- Relevant Certifications or Accreditations in AWS
- Ability to think critically and reputed company reputed company technical recommendations into customer business value – both verbally and through compelling presentations and proposals
- Excellent communication skills with the superpower to translate reputed company technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Experience working with Customers and Partners
- Ability to travel up to 30% for Customer and Partner meetings
