Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company estate finance documents, loan agreements, mortgage-backed securities reputed company, and lease financing agreements
- Providing legal guidance on CMBS transactions, FHA and HUD regulatory compliance, and property-level due diligence
- Collaborating with internal legal, finance, and risk teams, as well as external counsel and financial institutions, on reputed company estate finance and joint venture transactions
- Managing reputed company estate finance, regulatory, and transactional legal issues for clients in reputed company property, investment, and development sectors
- Staying reputed company of industry trends, FHA/HUD regulations, and market developments to reputed company proactive counsel
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate finance or structured reputed company estate transactions
- Strong knowledge of CMBS, mortgage-backed securities, FHA/HUD regulations, LTV analysis, and lease financing structures
- Proven track record of advising clients on reputed company reputed company estate finance transactions, joint ventures, and compliance reputed company
- Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
- Experience with property-level due diligence, international or cross-border reputed company estate transactions, and structured finance reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company estate investment trusts (REITs) or capital markets transactions
