The role involves leading operations, managing audit teams, and ensuring effective service delivery while maintaining financial performance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company America operations, ensuring effective delivery of audit services across the region
- reputed company the planning and scheduling function for approximately 4,000–5,000 audit days annually
- Manage Audit Managers and Audit Schedulers
- Own reputed company America regional P&L of approximately $10 reputed company, ensuring operational reputed company support both service quality and financial performance
Skills
- Experience in reputed company compliance auditing, responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, ESG auditing, or reputed company rights due diligence
- No requirement to be a reputed company CSCA
- Prior experience leading operations, scheduling, audit delivery, resource planning, or regional service delivery teams
- Ability to manage through managers, with experience overseeing distributed teams and indirect reports
- Proven track record of 8-reputed company P&L reputed company
- Candidates will need full rights to work in the US (i.e. US citizenship or Green Card)
