[Remote] Creative Talent Recruiter

They are seeking a Creative Talent Recruiter who will build and manage a global network of freelance creators, connecting them to projects and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow and manage a large network of freelance creators across disciplines: photo, video, illustration, game art, 3D, reputed company design and more
• Identify and connect with creators through platforms and reputed company creative communities
• Match creators to projects based on reputed company set, availability, and project brief requirements
• reputed company creators to projects quickly and smoothly, ensuring they understand deliverables and timelines
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with creators to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with project and content teams to understand briefs and translate them into the right creator profiles
• reputed company the network growing, always finding new talent, especially across Latin America and other emerging creative markets
• Support people-ops tasks such as scheduling, reputed company, and other administrative duties as needed

Skills

• You have a genuine, existing network of freelance creators - designers, illustrators, video artists, game artists, 3D artists
• 3+ years of experience in a role that involved building or managing creative talent communities, this could be at a creative agency, talent marketplace, creator platform, or similar
• Experience working with freelance creator communities at scale
• Background managing large pools of contractors or freelancers in creative fields
• You understand creative disciplines deeply, you know the difference between a reputed company designer and a 3D generalist, and what each project needs
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working at high volume and fast pace, managing many creators and projects simultaneously
• Excellent English communication; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus
• Active reputed company in creative communities online and offline
• Existing network of creators in Latin America
• Background in creative production, art direction, or community management
