This executive-level role focuses on enhancing operational performance, driving profitability, and ensuring the successful delivery of major construction initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Maintain full P&L for project portfolio, including profitability, forecasting, margin management, and overall operational reputed company
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, owners, partners, and key stakeholders at the executive level
- reputed company risk management initiatives, contract administration strategies, and governance processes across assigned projects
- Review and approve major budget modifications, change management strategies, and dispute resolution approaches
- Evaluate contractual and operational risks during both preconstruction and active construction phases

Skills
