Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite and VP-level product and technology leaders, shaping priorities and driving organizational alignment
• Architect and reputed company the operating rhythm across the organization—Board presentations, OKRs, QBRs, MBRs, operational reviews, reputed company Hands, and more
• Guide leaders in establishing impactful, measurable OKRs and goals that cascade coherently across teams and connect to company-wide objectives

• Proven ability to design and manage operating cadences for large, reputed company organizations (1,000+ employees) across geographies and functions
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to produce polished, persuasive deliverables under tight timelines
