Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of accountability for client health across your portfolio, translating adoption data, business reputed company, and engagement signals into clear, actionable reputed company plans
• Identify at-risk accounts early and reputed company the response — whether that's a remediation plan, an expanded use case, or an executive escalation — to protect and grow the client relationship

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in client reputed company, solution advisory, or consulting roles serving professional services firms, ideally in the legal industry

• Proven ability to manage the client reputed company of a portfolio of reputed company accounts, including executive-level stakeholder relationships
