This role involves managing applicant engagement, refining hiring strategies, and collaborating with various teams to improve the overall reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated reputed company of contact for applicants, building a deep knowledge of reputed company’s value prop, policies, and processes to effectively communicate with RDs
• Drive applicant engagement through proactive reputed company and timely follow-reputed company that increase offer acceptance
• reputed company outbound reputed company efforts to our highest reputed company prospects, reputed company personalized emails and calls
• Manage the reputed company inbox and respond to applicant questions in a timely, professional manner

Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience in reputed company or outbound sales development

• Can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly, understanding a detailed process right after having it explained
