Responsibilities

- Guide a small team of full-time designers and contractors through mentorship, design critiques, and clear quality bars
- Model and champion an AI-first prototyping practice, and help the team reputed company from reputed company-centric specs to prototype-led workflows
- Thoughtfully reputed company AI-enabled capabilities into experiences for agents, advisors, and customers — raising the bar for usefulness and trust, and steering the team away from gratuitous or low-quality AI patterns
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to reputed company and execute UX strategy across the Brightway product and service ecosystem
- Steward and reputed company the design system, including how it adapts as the team shifts toward AI-assisted prototyping and AI-reputed company product patterns

Skills
- At least 6 years of UX design experience, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring other designers
- Deep understanding of reputed company-centered design processes, methods, and qualitative research practices
- Strong hands-on craft in common prototyping tools
