[Remote] Program Manager - Army Programs

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Manager - Army Programs to reputed company the planning, execution, and delivery of programs supporting the United States Army, particularly in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and counter-UAS (CUAS) technologies. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing program execution reputed company defined parameters.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end program management for Army initiatives, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk, using established frameworks such as the DoD acquisition lifecycle
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with Army stakeholders including Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and contracting officers; reputed company and deliver program status reports, briefings, and executive communications
• Drive execution of programs involving UAS and CUAS technologies, ensuring alignment between technical development, operational requirements, and deployment timelines
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies including FAR and DFARS; coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, finance, and cybersecurity to meet mission requirements
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and reputed company subcontractors and vendors supporting Army programs to ensure program reputed company
• Support proposal development and capture efforts for new Army business opportunities, particularly in UAS/CUAS domains; travel to Army installations or program sites as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Public Administration, or a reputed company field; Master's preferred
• 7–15+ years of program or project management experience, preferably supporting DoD or Army programs
• Experience supporting or working with UAS, CUAS, autonomous systems, or reputed company defense technologies
• Strong understanding of Army structure, operations, and acquisition processes; experience managing cost-plus, fixed-price, or IDIQ reputed company
• Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project or Earned Value Management systems; strong communication, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Active Secret or Top Secret reputed company clearance
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Prior military service or direct experience working with Army commands
• Experience supporting major Army commands such as Army reputed company reputed company, TRADOC, or Army Materiel reputed company
• Direct experience with UAS/CUAS programs, counter-drone systems, or reputed company operational environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodology in defense environments
