[Remote] Sr. Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of the design process, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction and ensure a high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for your pod — from early exploration and problem framing through implementation and iteration
• Be an equal partner with PM and engineering in shaping product direction, not just executing on it
• Bring high craft to every surface you touch — strong UX thinking and sharp visual design, working together
• Know reputed company a problem needs your full design attention and reputed company the right move is to consult, reputed company, and get out of the way — writing documentation, establishing patterns, or giving pointed feedback so engineers and PMs can move confidently without you
• Navigate ambiguous problems and reputed company them clearer — for yourself and for the people you're working with

Skills

• 5–8 years of product design experience
