They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Engineer with expertise in reputed company Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform to reputed company the design and development of scalable reputed company solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the development of solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Dataverse
- Implement Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
- reputed company applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Apps deployments
- Ensure best practices for customization, configuration, and extensibility reputed company the platform
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and governance across the team
- Implement reputed company control and versioning strategies using Git (or similar tools) for:
- Web resources
- Dataverse tables and forms
- Environment variables
- Power Automate flows
- Drive solution performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
- Conduct code reviews and reputed company constructive feedback
- Foster a collaborative and reputed company learning environment
- Work closely with the Solution Architect to break down features into well-defined user stories and ensure alignment with architecture
- Partner with the Technical Product Manager to understand, refine, and support business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and Engineering Manager to ensure:

- Effective backlog grooming and estimation

Skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven experience as a Tech reputed company or Senior Engineer in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform/Power Apps
- Strong expertise in: Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse
- Power Automate
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Experience with Git-based version control systems
- Strong understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) on reputed company Power Platform
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Take the on-call duty, including but not limited to, during nights and weekends to support Broad Arrow Auctions
- Experience with Azure services and integrations
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance and reputed company models

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
