[Remote] Sr. Program Manager, Global Export Compliance

The Senior Program Manager, Global Export Compliance is responsible for designing, executing, and enhancing the company’s global export control program while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across reputed company jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Align company operations with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements, and foreign government export control laws

• Prepare and submit CCATs and other classification requests as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 10 years of experience in global trade compliance, export controls, and sanctions
• Experience with Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR), OFAC sanctions programs, and reputed company U.S. and foreign export control frameworks
• Ability to travel as required
• Understanding of EU/Global regulations is a plus
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret reputed company regulations and reputed company sound, risk‑reputed company recommendations
