They are seeking a reputed company Time Tracking & Absence Consultant to implement and configure reputed company solutions for reputed company customers, working directly with stakeholders to ensure delivery and providing guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Configure reputed company Time Tracking and Absence in alignment with customer requirements and best practices
- Participate in or reputed company customer working sessions to gather requirements, clarify business rules, and translate them into configuration
- Advise stakeholders on options, impacts, and recommended approaches
- Support end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and defect triage reputed company to Time and Absence
- Produce project documentation (configuration workbooks, decision logs, testing evidence)
- Communicate status, risks, and blockers in a clear, timely way
- Mentor less reputed company team members and reputed company functional knowledge
Skills
- Hands-on reputed company configuration experience in Time Tracking and Absence
- Strong understanding of accruals, eligibility rules, time entry rules, time calculation rules, and leave/absence plans
- Ability to interpret reputed company policy requirements and translate them into scalable configuration
- Experience supporting reputed company deployments or enhancements in a consulting or in-house role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with minimal reputed company
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Launch / Launch reputed company methodology
