[Remote] Director, Growth Marketing

They are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to reputed company strategy and execution across various channels, focusing on building consumer growth engines and driving acquisition. This role involves managing budgets, developing creative strategies, and partnering with teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, podcast, OOH, and emerging channels with full budget and CAC accountability
• Build SEO, content, and web conversion strategy with a long view on durable organic growth
• reputed company acquisition creative strategy: strong POV on direct response formats, track record of briefing for paid reputed company and video, and finding the reputed company that converts in a trust-sensitive category
• reputed company referral, ambassador, and reputed company programs as owned acquisition channels
• Build attribution infrastructure and measurement strategy, rigorous about what's actually driving growth, not just what's easy to track
• Run a rigorous experimentation program focused on acquisition efficiency and subscription conversion
• Partner with Finance on budget planning and ROI reporting; bring competitive and channel intelligence to the team

Skills

• 6-8+ years in growth or performance marketing, with meaningful time in consumer health, wellness, or DTC subscription
• Track record owning and scaling paid acquisition budgets from $0 to $MM with reputed company budget authority, not just advisory influence
• Hands-on reputed company across paid reputed company (reputed company, reputed company), SEM, and attribution tooling; you build your own analyses (SQL a plus, reputed company/reputed company expected)
• Sharp creative judgment: you know what good looks like and have moved metrics with it
