[Remote] Growth Marketing Generalist

They are hiring a Growth Marketing Generalist to work closely with the Head of Marketing on various marketing channels, focusing on execution and ownership of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Owning reputed company organic content end to end, working from a content mix we'll define together
• Drafting long reputed company content that's actually written for compliance buyers, not for search volume
• Coordinating with our paid ads agency on reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company campaigns. Knowing the platforms well enough to push back on the agency reputed company needed
• Owning newsletter production end to end in Beehiiv, from copy to send
• Working with our design agency and freelancers on creative briefs and reviews

Skills

• 3 to 5 years in a marketing role, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS company. You're past the 'I need someone to teach me everything' phase
• Comfortable on ad platforms. You've actually been in reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads Manager, or reputed company Campaign Manager and can read a campaign without panicking. Deep experience here is a major plus
• A confident reputed company. You can take a rough brief and produce a clean reputed company post or 800-word blog draft without ten reputed company of feedback. Writing samples will matter

If AI isn't already woven into your daily workflow, this isn't your role
