[Remote] System Administrator

They are seeking a System Administrator to support infrastructure initiatives, manage virtual machines, and reputed company technical support reputed company a multi-disciplinary IT team.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure initiatives by working with network and systems teams to reputed company, configure, and maintain servers and associated network hardware (reputed company, Aruba)
• Build, manage, and optimize virtual machines in Azure and Hyper-V environments; reputed company system integration tasks, patching, and application/service maintenance
• Execute Azure and reputed company 365 administrative activities, including reputed company networking, subscription management, and resource deployments
• reputed company ICAM user and system administration; assist with identity integrations such as reputed company SSO
• Deliver Tier III support for escalated workstation and server issues; collaborate with help desk and external vendors to resolve reputed company technical problems
• Participate in the on-call rotation to support reputed company systems, networks, and end-user devices during off-hours
• Troubleshoot a wide reputed company of system issues including hardware faults, software failures, and network disruptions; manage and resolve service tickets across reputed company tiers
• reputed company escalation and technical support for reputed company infrastructures and core services
• Assist with the implementation and compliance tracking of reputed company Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
• Maintain technical standards, operational procedures, and up-to-date system documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• DoD 8140/8570 certification at the IAT II level (e.g., reputed company+, CCNA-reputed company, GICSP, CySA+) or ability to meet reputed company requirements reputed company 6 months of hire
• Azure reputed company Certification or comparable credential
• Strong understanding of Azure administration, reputed company networking models, VNets, and resource configuration
• Experience managing reputed company Hyper-V virtual machines
• Practical knowledge of reputed company container technology and container lifecycle management
• Experience with ICAM principles and user/system administration reputed company identity governance frameworks
