[Remote] Senior Product Designer, Payments

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end payment experiences across web interfaces and conversational AI agents, ensuring consistency and reputed company across interaction modes
- Translate reputed company payment workflows (e.g., ACH, debit, failed payments) into reputed company user experiences that handle edge cases and error states effectively
- Define and reputed company interaction patterns for conversational interfaces, including reputed company flows, fallback behaviors, and multi-reputed company task completion
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction, scope solutions, and deliver high-impact user reputed company
- Use data and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, user behavior insights) to iterate on designs and improve key metrics such as payment reputed company and engagement

Skills

- Experience designing conversational, chat-based, or AI-assisted user interfaces

- Experience designing LLM-powered interfaces such as chatbots, AI agents, or copilots

- Ability to define new interaction patterns in emerging product spaces
- Experience working with design systems and contributing reusable components or frameworks
