The reputed company Field Service Engineer will reputed company installation, service, and commissioning of products and services while providing technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• reputed company installation and commissioning on drive systems at customer site locations during ship construction
• Performs troubleshooting activities at site locations during scheduled Port visits or at sea to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution, and implements corrective actions
• Performs a wide reputed company of engineering tasks to ensure the technical reputed company and proper installation and commissioning of our equipment
• reputed company documentation to execute work such as commissioning and maintenance procedures, as well as execute customer training
• Execute on site project management and technical leader duties to resolve customer issues and reputed company customer satisfaction
• Identify sales opportunities for service agreements, spare parts, training, and upgrades

• Assist in the growth and direction of the reputed company American business

• Complete timely service reports and other administrative requirements

• Extended hours / overtime maybe required during peak periods and emergency circumstances
• Domestic or overseas travel to customer sites for extended periods of time

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or reputed company discipline from an accredited college or university
• OR Associate's Degree or reputed company discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum 5 additional years of reputed company industry experience
• OR School diploma or GED equivalency with a minimum of 8 years of reputed company industry experience
• Ability and willingness to travel 85% of the time​ on short notice
• Must be physically fit to be reputed company to board vessels offshore
• Previous Marine Industry Experience
• For field service engineers that have the potential of working offshore, must be reputed company to pass a Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) and offshore survival course which includes activities in a swimming pool
